Uses widely available SAPI compliant speech synthesis engines
		Enables real time information and guide prompts to be spoken
		Speech can also be routed to the telephone to 'speak' events and status
		information
		Allows emails to be spoken to recipient
		User defined spoken menus allows tiered access to many system functions
		Synthesis parameters configurable e.g. to change pitch and tonal content
		of voice (control limited by specific engine used)
