Our installation partners in Poland executed this project for a client’s large (3400sqft/500sqm) executive property. The IDRATEK system was used as the automation backbone for the house, garage and gardens, controlling:

• lighting throughout, both internal and external
• garage and entry gates
• extensive alarm system including doors and windows
• multi-camera CCTV with automatic recording and notifications
• environmental monitoring including gas, fire and flood detection and septic tank status
• multi-zone garden sprinkler system including moisture sensing
• blinds and projector screen
• underfloor heating in bathrooms and driveway ice/snow melting
• power sockets for key appliances

Extensive use of IDRATEK module digital inputs allowed the client to use their own choice of wall-plate buttons to match their interior design choice. This project also used Crestron™ systems for audio-visual control and the two systems are integrated allowing Crestron touchpanels to control the IDRATEK enabled devices.
